…. in the refrigerator?
Through my relationship with Chipotle I have learned an awful lot of useful things. I have learned how to handle accusations from a lover (with flatulence), how to spice things up in the bedroom, and I even learned a little something about experimentation. But one of the better tidbits that I have picked up is putting your left over chips in the refrigerator.
I learned this trick almost by accident. In order to keep my emergency Chipotle stash away from roommates, rodents and stale-ing, I would put it in the back of the fridge. When the coast was clear and the candles were lit, I would pull out the chips and they would be absolutely amazing – way better than usual. After contemplating why for a good 15 seconds or so, I figured out that the lime-salt on the chips tastes more pronounced after sitting in the cool for a few days. Who would have thought that Chipotle could get even hotter in an icebox. Only you Chipotle… Only you!
